My name is Rachel Stinar, and I am a graduate of the University of Georgia. I attained my BA in Advertising and a minor in Design and Media. My career goal is to be involved in a company’s branding strategy or to work with an ad agency tasked with graphics and social media management. I love all things creative and am eager to use my strengths to design amazing graphics for others.
ABOUT ME.
I have always loved painting and drawing, but my passion for graphic design started a few years ago. Since then, I have worked with my sorority as a Digital Content Creator to design infographics and templates for social media. I also worked as the banner chair for my sorority, designing and painting banners for all events. Additionally, I helped a start-up online e-commerce boutique create eye-catching banners for their website. As a social media intern for a digital marketing agency in Atlanta, I assisted with planning content and copywriting. I was also responsible for designing stories, posts, and collateral, such as sandwich boards and business cards. I also worked with a Fortune 500 company in Kennesaw, Georgia as their Digital & Social Media Marketing Intern. I am proficient in Procreate, Adobe Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Canva. Working for Boost Mobile as a Brand Manager, I have merchandised over 4,000 stores nationwide. Daily, I manage over 10 projects, ranging from national retail to digital, and aid in creative approvals. I look forward to creating more and expanding my brand in the future.
